1.Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Teach the Game Fantasy LLC ("TTG," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Teach The Game Fantasy mobile application, the website located at teachthegamefantasy.com, and all related features, content, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, joining our release-updates list, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2.What the Service Is

The Service is a multi-sport fantasy sports assistant covering the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and PGA. Its features include, without limitation:

• Draft tools — live draft guidance, rankings, tiers, and cheat sheets;
• Season management tools — start/sit guidance, waiver and streaming suggestions, trade evaluation, and injury-replacement planning, in some cases informed by fantasy league accounts you choose to connect;
• Line Pulse — a display of publicly available sports betting market information, such as odds, lines, and line movement, together with descriptive context about that movement; and
• The Academy — educational content about fantasy sports and sports betting concepts, such as implied probability, closing line value, and bankroll discipline.

The Service is an informational and educational tool. It is not a fantasy sports contest operator, a daily fantasy sports site, a sportsbook, or a gambling service of any kind, and no feature of the Service should be understood as an offer to gamble or an inducement to gamble.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you.

Features that display betting-market information or betting education are intended solely for users for whom such information is lawful, and, where relevant, of legal wagering age in their jurisdiction (21+ in many U.S. states). The Service is void where prohibited by law.

4.Accounts and Security

• You may register using supported third-party sign-in services (such as Google or Apple). You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@teachthegamefantasy.com of any unauthorized use.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, and you may not create an account for anyone other than yourself.

5.League Connections and Third-Party Platforms

The Service allows you to connect fantasy league accounts hosted by third-party platforms (for example, Sleeper, ESPN, or Yahoo) so that your real rosters, scoring settings, standings, and transactions can inform the Service's features. In connecting a league, you represent that you are authorized to do so, and you authorize us to access and process that league data to provide the Service. Where a platform supports it, connections are made through the platform's own authorization mechanisms; we do not ask for, collect, or store your passwords for those platforms.

Your use of any third-party platform remains governed by that platform's own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or data accuracy of any third-party platform. The Service is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, PGA Tour, any team, league, or players' association, any sportsbook, or any data provider. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

6.Sports Betting Information — No Wagering, No Advice

• Informational only. Odds, lines, line-movement data, and related information are obtained from third-party sources, are provided for informational and educational purposes only, and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always verify any figure with the relevant operator before relying on it.
• Your decisions are yours. If you choose to wager with any third-party operator, that activity is solely between you and that operator, at your own risk. You are solely responsible for confirming that any such activity is lawful in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws, age requirements, and operator terms.
• No guaranteed outcomes. Sports are uncertain. We make no representation or warranty regarding the performance of any player or team, the outcome of any fantasy matchup, contest, or season, or the result of any wager.
• Play responsibly. Betting should never be more than entertainment. If gambling stops being fun, stop. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.

7.Subscriptions and Purchases

• Portions of the Service may be offered free of charge; others may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase ("Paid Features").
• Paid Features purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by, and subject to the payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies of, the applicable app store. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your app store account settings; to avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Except where required by law or by app store policy, payments are non-refundable and no refunds or credits are provided for partial periods.
• We may change the price or composition of Paid Features prospectively; changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.

8.Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not, and will not permit or assist anyone else to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including in connection with any unlawful gambling activity;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the Service — including odds data, projections, rankings, or Academy content — whether manually or by automated means;
• copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content, or use the Service to build or train a competing product or dataset;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying models, methods, or algorithms of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, rate limits, or access controls, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service;
• access another user's account, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• upload or transmit malicious code, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
• use the Service in violation of any third-party platform's terms when connecting or using league data.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access as described in Section 14.

9.Intellectual Property; License

The Service — including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, rankings, scores, classifications, analytics, and all other content and materials, and all intellectual property rights in the foregoing — is owned by TTG or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other laws. "Teach The Game," "Teach The Game Fantasy," "Line Pulse," and associated logos are trademarks of Teach the Game Fantasy LLC.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. No ownership rights are transferred to you by these Terms or by your use of the Service.

10.Your Data; Feedback

You retain any rights you hold in data you submit to the Service, including connected league data. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, and use that data as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

11.Third-Party Content and Links

The Service displays content sourced from third parties (including sports statistics, injury information, news, and betting-market data) and may contain links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and the presence of any third-party content or link does not imply our endorsement. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

12.Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT ANY STATISTIC, PROJECTION, RANKING, RECOMMENDATION, ODDS FIGURE, OR OTHER OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR RELIABLE. YOU USE THE SERVICE, AND MAKE ALL DECISIONS INFORMED BY IT, AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13.Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) IN NO EVENT WILL TTG OR ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED WINNINGS (FANTASY OR OTHERWISE), OR FOR ANY WAGERING OR CONTEST LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND (B) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (ii) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

14.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TTG and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or of applicable law; (c) your wagering or contest activity with any third party; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including rights of a fantasy platform whose data you connect.

15.Dispute Resolution — Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

• Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@teachthegamefantasy.com with a written description of the dispute and to give us 30 days to resolve it informally.
• Binding arbitration. Except as set out below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Chicago, Illinois, or remotely by videoconference at your election. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
• Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property or for unauthorized access to the Service.
• Class action waiver. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES' INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.
• Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@teachthegamefantasy.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration.

16.Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service, and may request deletion of your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 9, 10, and 12–19) survive termination.

17.Changes to the Service or These Terms

The Service is under active development; features may be added, modified, or removed at any time. We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as appropriate under the circumstances — for example, by in-app notice, by email, or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted unless stated otherwise, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service.

18.Governing Law and Venue

These Terms, and any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 15, are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

19.General

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and TTG regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements on that subject.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• App store terms. Your use of the app is also subject to the applicable app store's terms, and the app stores are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by their policies.
